    The Greenbrier Challenge will once again be the Maryland State Championship race and award USAC State Champion Titles and Medals to the top 3 Annual Licensed finishers in each class. State Championship medals & titles will be awarded to riders from Maryland Only.

  • Know The Course

    The race course is 5.7 miles (9 km) long, with 735-ft of climbing each lap. Heavily wooded trails include narrow single and double track, with the start/finish alongside a beautiful lake. Remember, dry weather brings fast trails!

  • Know Your Class

    The Greenbrier Challenge requires all riders to have either an annual or one-day USA Cycling Mountain Bike (MTB) license. Annual and one-day licenses will be available on race day, but to expedite registration, please purchase an annual license from USA Cycling prior to the event!

    The Greenbrier Challenge is a “rain or shine” event and includes both an official Pre-Ride and Race Day schedule. Registration opens a 8:00am EST sharp with races beginning almost every hour until well after 2pm!
